Write creative copies for social media posts, digital ads, brochures, calenders, banners and websites

• Develop campaign taglines, headlines, captions, and promotional content for real estate projects
• Create content for project launches, festive campaigns, offers, and branding activities
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and brand consistency

• 0–3 years of agency or in-house copywriting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
• Internship or prior experience in advertising, digital marketing, or content writing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Knowledge of social media trends and content formats
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising

Sr. Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for real estate projects, digital campaigns, social media ads, walkthroughs, promotional films, and branding activities.

• Develop innovative video concepts aligned with real estate branding and marketing goals.
• Manage raw footage, organize project files, and maintain editing timelines.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and colour grading to enhance video quality.
• Work closely with creative team, copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing team forcampaign execution.

• 7–8 years of professional video editing experience in advertising agency or real estate industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Creative mind set with attention to detail
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

This role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, driving business development, and managing a high-performing team to ensure seamless execution and revenue growth.

• Lead end-to-end execution of exhibition stalls
• Oversee stall Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Manage vendors, fabricators, and suppliers with effective cost control
• Handle logistics, manpower planning, and on-site execution
• Conduct site visits and ensure flawless execution during live events
• Resolve operational challenges proactively
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals
• Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth
• Track market trends and explore new revenue channels

• 2–4 years of social media strategy experience
• Strong writing skills in English + Hindi
• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Experience with real estate or lifestyle brands preferred
• Data-literate — comfortable reading analytics
